Production of biscuits/beech blades
Wooden splices, or lamellas, are the best and quickest method of connecting all types of panels.
Thanks to the diagonal orientation of the fibres, rounded edges and dimensional accuracy, the joints guarantee easy insertion, perfect glue distribution and a strong, stable connection. Wooden splice biscuits are only made of European beech and we also supply FSC-certified biscuits on request.
The dimensions of the wooden lamellas produced are:
60x23x4*mm - 53x19x4*mm - 56x23x4*mm - 47x15x4*mm.
*The 4mm thickness is also available in the +0.1 and -0.2 variants.
Beech wood pin production
The fastest way to assemble wood and solid wood panels reliably and safely.
They are commonly used in furniture production to assemble various components.
Made of dried beech wood, the two bevelled ends fit perfectly into the corresponding holes of two pieces to be joined and, in combination with glue, provide strong and durable strength.
Available in sizes 5,6,8mm x 30mm or 8x40mm, 8x50mm, 10x40mm and 10x50mm.
Beech wood tenon production
All the advantages of round dowels and wooden biscuits are combined in the wooden tenon. Thanks to its special shape and longitudinal grooves, this connector guarantees fast assembly and a secure hold.
Wooden tenons are available in different sizes, perfectly suited for cabinets and furniture manufacture.
The best-selling sizes are: 6x40x20 - 8x40x22 - 8x50x22 and 10x50x24.
Other available sizes are: 8x80x22 - 8x100x22 - 10x80x24 - 10x100x24 - 12x100x26 - 12x140x26 - 14x100x28 - 14x140x28 - 8x750x22 - 10x750x24 - 12x750x26 - 14x750x28.
